The online spam activity has seen a drastic increase in the past few years. The number of invalid submissions are diluting customer data and eventually impact their bottom line. We have measured an average of 80% spam across our clients' online properties.

ColdData was asked to develop a solution that will be friendly for the users with impaired vision as well as prevent automatic agent submissions.

solution

Leveraging industry standard approach of Completely Automated Public Turing Test to Tell Computers and Humans Apart (CAPTCHA) ColdData developed a highly effective way to filter out online form spam submissions. Following solution deployment, the automated agent spam ratio was cut down from an average 80% down to 0%.
